somehow have scored a few points with boss today.
some tips for u guys if you wanna give ur boss a good impression
1. Stay back, work hard and do not be calculative
2. If boss ask you if you wan to claim time off, do not do it
3. If boss ask you if to take some time off, and you see other ppl are not happy, do not do it....
Your boss will be grateful. I am stupid? Think again... Not being calculative at work is a berladi asset especially in Singapore.
It works... but are you able to sacrifice? are you able to commit? are you able to prioritise working for company first, followed by your own interest?
Thats the main question.
Think far, think appraisal, dun just because of some small stuff, fight over it like fighting for Hello Kitty / I am not a plastic bag bag.... Waste time...
I dun have time for short term time off stuff. I have only time and effort to spare for long term stability and rapport with boss...
