I teared everytime i watch this part. George O Malley will not be appearing in season 6 unfortunately T R Knight is a great actor, and I think its a loss that he is not in the next season.
As for Izzie Stevens and Alex, their love... =(
The part in the lift, if you can observe their expression, it is actually the most depressing part in the season finale.
T R Knight and Katherine Heigl, good actor and actress.
